Cancellation of order

  • We cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped. Cancellations are possible only until the pre-delivery stage; therefore, our strong recommendation is that you should verify the product at the time of delivery.
  • Customized products whose order has been placed by the customer cannot be cancelled.
  • If the material is delivered on the site and subsequently is cancelled by the customer, then following deductions will be made towards transport charges:

Pune City – Rs. 1,500 or 10% of  the billed amount whichever is higher of the two .

Pune Haveli (Other Than Pune & Pimpri Chinchwad City limit) – Rs. 2000 or 10% of the billed amount whichever is higher of the two.

Nearby talukas To Pune Haveli – Rs.2500 or 10% of the billed amount whichever is higher of the two.

Cancellation of product found damaged on arrival

Majority of our products which are being managed by us are unwieldy and they can potentially get damaged while storage or while handling by the contractors/installers etc. at your end which after a certain period of time becomes very difficult to determine the cause of damage.

On discovery of any damage of the product or shipment of an incorrect product, you are requested not to accept the delivery. You shall notify immediately to delivery personnel and supplier about such products.

Change of products which has been ordered once

  • Any request for change of product is possible, if the shipment of the order has not taken place. The customer has to bear any difference in the charges. The customer will be repaid the extra amount on purchase of a product with lower value within 7 business days. If the customer buys a product with higher value, the customer has to bear the payment of the differential amount and pay due amount. However, no request shall be entertained for changes, once the order has been shipped.
  • Please note that any customized product whose order has been placed by the customer is not possible to modify, change or replace, or exchange, or cancel the order.

Replacement policy for manufacturing and quality defects

  • Khinvasara Associates Construction Pvt . Ltd provides its product with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If you find a manufacturing defect in the product and product is rejected in our quality check process. You are requested to inform us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service executive.
  • No additional cost would be charged while replacement in case of a genuine defect. The period of time required for replacement would be communicated separately to you.
  • When replacement is made the customer will have to bear any difference in the charges. The customer will be repaid the extra amount on purchase of a product with lower value within 7 business days. If the customer buys a product with higher value, the customer has to bear the payment of the differential amount. and pay the due amount.

On proper examination, Constroreq.com will give its final decision in terms of which replacement can be made.

Return of the product

  • After shipment no return policy will be entertained.

Constroreq.com’s manufacturers offer additional warranty period with a majority of their products. If any flaw or manufacturing defect is acknowledged by the customer after usage of the product provided by us, you are required to ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty document is shipped with the product and you are requested to contact immediately customer care executive. The returned product will be examined by manufacturers and the money will be thereby refunded or replacement will be done if the customer so demands.

Refund on Cancellation

  • The customer will be refunded on cancellation of an order/orders with 7 business days.
  • All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase.

– For example, if you use a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. Refunds for cash payments will be issued through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name.

  • When the ordered product is not available i.e., in case of exhaustion of product stock due to manufacturer stock-out or due to technical limitations, 100% refund will be offered by com within 7 business days or an alternative will be provided to modify your order.

You are required to immediately revert us on our email id or contact our customer care executive. We’ll get back to as soon as possible.

  • What is Constroreq’s Replacement Guarantee?

On discovery of any damage of the product or shipment of an incorrect product, you are requested not to accept the delivery. You shall notify the delivery personnel and the supplier immediately about such products.

The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

  • When are Refunds provided?

When the ordered product is not available i.e., in case of exhaustion of product stock due to manufacturer stock-out or due to technical limitations, 100% refund will be offered by Constroreq.com within 7 business days or an alternative will be provided to modify your order.

  • I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.

In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. Extra shipment charges are applicable as per pin code & volume of the product if previous material is already delivered.

If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

  • I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we assured, you can contact us.
