Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Constroreq?

You can shop on Constroreq by providing just your email ID or by sending your requirements on WhatsApp.

While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own Constroreq account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations and quicker checkout.

 

 

Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

The sale of products which are listed as ‘Out of Stock’ will not be possible.

However, you can (use ‘Notify Me’ feature) get notified to your email id when the product will be available again.

What to do if I want to purchase in bulk?

For  any bulk order above Rs. 1.00 lakh. The purchaser can call us on our no –837 88 11 999  number or  WhatsApp  the requirement and can discuss the discount.

What to do to order above Rs. One lakh?

For orders above Rs. 1.00 lakh. You are requested to can call us on our 83 788 11 999 number or send us a message WhatsApp.

How can I update my information on Khinvasara Associates Construction’s account?

Khinvasara Associates Construction account is user friendly and can be easily updated. It views your orders any time through your account.

Your account gives to complete control to you over your dealings on Constroreq such as:

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers and email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders.

What to do if my area pin code is not in the list?

For any delivery other than prescribed pin codes from our list, you can contact our customer care and ask them for any alternate arrangement. If the arrangement of dispatch to your destination is possible, we will provide such deliveries as well after negotiation of transport charges.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

A sms will be send to customer at the time his confirmation of order, after dispatch, after product delivery.
