Time taken for delivery

If order is placed between 9.00am to 5.00pm on any working day our aim is to deliver order within 24hrs. starting from 5.00pm as base time.

If order is placed between 9.00am to 5.00pm on any working day our aim is to deliver order within 22hrs. Starting from 5.00pm of same day as base start time.

If order is placed after 5.00pm to 9.00am next day on any working day our aim is to deliver order within 24 hrs.  starting base time as 1.00pm, of the order.

We’ll do our best to make sure that We deliver products purchased in two working days (excluding Sundays, National and State holidays).

However, owning to the location of delivery and bulkiness of products, delay can take place and therefore no particular time and day can be scheduled for the selecting & purchasing from web site.

We cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped. Cancellations are    possible only until the pre-delivery stage; therefore, our strong recommendation is that you should verify the product at the time of delivery.


Our delivery locations delivers goods at a point where out transport vehicle reaches. We provide our customers with products which are hand-delivered through our delivery teams.

However, owning to the bulkiness of the products offered we would  require certain assistance for the delivery . No horizontal or vertical lead will be entertained. You have to pay extra for additional vertical or horizontal lead.

Delivery of bulky goods up to 20 ft. in horizontal distance will be transported free by our labour. If delivery is more than 20 ft. then the extra charges are to be borne by the client. do not bear any responsibility for failure to deliver at the delivery address due to factors like non-availability of approach paths, restrictions on timing, entry of delivery van/delivery personnel etc.

The cancellation of delivery is circumstantial and the customer would have to bear all the re-delivery charges.


Delivery outside India

We are not delivering outside India – Presently, our services don’t extend to deliver products outside India.


Delivery within India

We have provided certain pin code in Pune District where delivery can be dispatched.


Delivery other than pin code provided by our website

For any delivery other than prescribed pin codes from our list, you have to contact our customer care and ask them for any alternate arrangement. If the arrangement of dispatch to your destination is possible we can provide that too, after negotiation of transport charges.


Notification of delivery and dispatch status

You will be getting a notification via SMS& email about the details of the expected delivery time when your merchandise will be ready for shipment. doesn’t undertake to meet the terms special delivery requirements. However, best efforts will be certainly made to fulfill any such request.

  • The delivery and shipment charges will be displayed online immediately when you enter the pin code of the area in which you want your goods to be delivered while purchasing the product.

  • For making purchases in bulk i.e., for orders above Rs 1,00,000, the customers can call us on our 77 4500 2200 or can send messages on WhatsApp No. 837 88 11 999.

Delivery status of the order

  • You will be notified by our team about the dispatch details via SMS and email once the order has been dispatched.
  • We will regularly keep you updated about your delivery status for the products we pledge to deliver.


Non – arrival of the order.

  • You can contact our customer care executive or you can also write to us on our email id if the order placed by you is not delivered within the stipulated time + 2.


Non- availability of any person at the time of arrival of the product

  • You are required to be present at the time of delivery of certain merchandizes delivered by us (you can name those products).
  • In the absence of anyone to take the goods at the time of delivery, those goods would be returned and you will have to pay additional re-delivery charges.
  • Our customer service executive would get in touch with you to fix an alternate delivery schedule.


Tampered/ opened packages upon delivery of products

If you find any of our product whose packing has been tampered with or is open at the time of delivery, you are kindly requested not accept such products and for further instructions you should to refer our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for more details.
